Many employment opportunities exist for Computer Science students at the University of Windsor. From the Workstudy and WISE (International students) programs, offered through the Student Awards office and Windsor International respectively, independent local and global employers also seek prospective employees through The University of Windsor's students.
Employment opportunities are posted throughout the School of Computer Science. Independent job opportunities are posted on the bulletin board outside of the Undergraduate Secretaries office on the 5th floor of Lambton Tower and they are also posted on this site. The School of Computer Science does not endorse any prospective employer.
Workstudy and the WISE program are excellent opportunities for qualifying students. The School of Computer Science employs many students through these programs in the capacity of lab supervisors, office assistants, web researchers, lab assistants, and the list goes on..... These programs allow students to work flexibly around their academic schedule.
Another excellent resource for students seeking employment is the Centre for Career Education (CCE). The Centre has several programs to assist students in obtaining employment whether it be part-time, full-time, summer, or to participate in the Volunteer Internship Program (VIP).
Whether it be financial need, establishing an employment history or to learn a new skill, we are committed in assisting our students who are seeking employment.
